Above all and most importantly is the honesty ! No non existent problems “found”. They are courteous, friendly and prompt. I feel comfortable asking questions about the mechanics of my car. I feel they don’t take advantage of some women who know nothing about cars. I recommend them highly.

Sandalwood Car Care’s honesty and integrity was on full display when I brought my car in because of a slipping transmission. They checked it out and they could not get my car transmission to slip like it was doing for me. Instead of arbitrarily recommending I have the transmission replaced, they just charged me for the diagnosis/analysis. I am so grateful I did not end up with a repair costing two or $3000. Great prices, honest and AAA approves so they gave us AAA discount. Very impressed with this repair shop and will be going back when I need repairs.

I came in for an oil change and it was done in less than a half hour. I appreciate this having been done so quickly so that I could go on about my business.
